JUSTA is a nonprofit based in rural Guatemala dedicated to aiding its community in becoming self-sustainable and opening alternative education opportunities to improve lives. Global JUST Designs is an initiative from JUSTA that creates original wares through collaboration with local artisans, and develops community programs in health and education. As Consulting Director of these organizations, I designed strategic foundations, collaborated with the community of over a thousand local artisans - mostly weavers an textile makers - to create sustainable businesses and community programs and experiences.
