In June 2026, I collaborated with energy tech pioneer Kraken to design and lead an immersive Pride reading and manifesto workshop for their New York Hub and global team. As narrative strategist and workshop designer, I used ecological systems thinking, drawing on queer ecology and non-human frameworks, to facilitate an interactive session mapping Kraken’s internal culture, technical vision, and corporate mission. Using real-time whiteboard collaboration and cross-functional synthesis, I collected observations and insights across engineering, delivery, and product management teams.
Following the live event, I translated the team’s inputs into a publication-grade deliverable: The Kraken Manifesto Toolkit. This resource synthesized their core drivers into a balanced 3x3 cultural model—mapping visionary drivers, internal cultural truths, and daily engineering proof points—paired with tactical, ecological implementation prompts for cross-functional project alignment. The toolkit and framework were distributed across Kraken’s global channels to empower ongoing independent culture-building, proving how poetic, non-linear frameworks can directly clarify high-scale software execution and environmental strategy.
