In 2026, I served as a strategic partner and operational architect for the vivid grove, a virtual school dedicated to movement learning, creative evolution, and collective liberatory practices. I led the transition from fragmented legacy corporate tools to a sovereign, streamlined digital infrastructure, building a unified ecosystem using Milanote, Proton, and Webflow to increase workflow efficiency and data privacy. Beyond systems design, I managed the end-to-end archival stewardship of the school's creative lineage, auditing and migrating legacy audio, video, and text media to open-access repositories like the Internet Archive to ensure long-term cultural preservation and public discoverability.
Partnering directly with the founder, I established robust administrative rhythms, financial workflows, and long-term strategic roadmaps. This included coordinating multi-channel communications, project tracking, and high-impact seasonal rollouts for key cultural events like the Deer Hill Festival.
